JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Marketing Intern (Lead Generation) Department: Marketing Reporting Hierarchy: This role would report to the Counselor in the Marketing team Roles & Responsibilities 1. Target Audience Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the specific target audience, including students, teachers, parents, and educational institutions. Identify their needs, preferences, and pain points. 2. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing emails to keep leads informed and engaged. 3. Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including gated content, webinars, workshops, and virtual events, to capture lead information. 4. Data Analysis : Continuously analyze data and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and adjust strategies accordingly. 5. Lead Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics to management. 6. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in Ed-Tech to adapt strategies accordingly. 7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) : Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads , ensuring efficient communication and follow-up. Skills Preferred: Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills (Preferably English). Ability to understand and generate leads. Ability to work in a team. Ability to work in a team. Self- motivated and able to handle pressure. Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated. Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing Graduation and Post-Graduation.
