Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mandatory / Preferred Skills: General Skills

Good knowledge of SAP CDP(Cloud-Based Customer Data Platform) solutions and processes (with at least 3 years expertise)
Answer technical queries regarding architecture, design, performance, and scalability.
Support Completion of Functional Specification document.
Advise on implementation best practices for leveraging the CDP APIs against the appropriate digital technologies via code samples, demonstrations, workshops, and trainings.
Create Playbook document for common design components of end solution.
Assist Customer development team to troubleshoot potential roadblocks and test solution.
Multilingual communication skills in English
Ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business challenges and business needs
Ability to collaborate with project and IT team to derive solution and create user stories
Ability to provide operational support. Collaborate with end customers & customer support agents to understand end user concerns
