Job Description

Job Title: SAP CS/SD Consultant (8-10 yrs) S/4HANA

Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of OTC processes: Customer Service, Sales & Distribution, Contract & Pricing, Billing, Credit & Taxes, Back-orders.
Translate business requirements into global & scalable system designs.
Conduct fit/gap workshops, estimate efforts; ensure solutions align with functional & non-functional requirements and architectural standards.
Support implementation & enhancements across modules (SD/CS, MM, FI/CO, PS).
Ensure quality: peer reviews, documentation, testing, sign-off.
Drive application support, SLA delivery & project implementation.

Required Skills:

8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD & CS modules; strong in S/4HANA.
Deep understanding of Quotation, Sales Orders, Contracts, Pricing, Text Management, Partner Determination, Service Orders.
Experience with interfaces (IDoc, Proxy etc.), integration with other SAP modules.
Exposure to Time & Material, Fixed Price contracts, repairs, timesheets & resource billing.
Excellent communication (English), stakeholder management & mentoring ability.
