SAP CRM Technical

As a SAP CRM Technical expert, you will be responsible for: - Having a minimum of 8 to 10 years of ABAP experience and at least 5+ years of experience in ABAP CRM. - Demonstrating good communication skills and having experience in at least one CRM implementation Project (complete cycle). - Possessing knowledge of the MVC architecture and One Order framework. - Showing a strong working knowledge in CRM UI BOL\Genil Programming. - Having hands-on experience in ABAP Report programming, Function modules, and Data dictionary objects. - Being aware of OO ABAP concepts with hands-on experience. - Understanding Middleware concepts like BDOCs and Inbound\Outbound queues. - Working on BADIs, Actions, and Interfaces (Inbound and Outbound), Proxies. - Having experience in CRM ISU will be an added advantage. - Having experience in ODATA service / Fiori Concepts / Fiori Launchpad and analyzing web-service issues will be beneficial. - Experience in working on replication issues will be advantageous. - Handling teams and coordinating effectively is a must. - Knowledge of BRF+ and BPEM will be beneficial. - Being comfortable with CRM Base customization and product configuration. - Proficient in tracing issues and performance tuning the code. - Familiarity with S4HANA concepts, CDS Views, AMDP, WEBIDE, Table functions, SADL exits, HANA studio, Exception aggregation. - Having knowledge of S4HANA Migration and Upgrade will be advantageous. In this role, you will be required to: - Independently work as an expert in the respective SAP technical workstream. - Design and develop technical/integration solutions for SAP projects. - Understand clients" business needs and processes. - Participate in technical workshops and deliver integration requirements. - Drive client discussions to define integration requirements and technical solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Write technical specifications and test plans for the development team. - Manage projects and timelines effectively. - Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements. - Drive innovation and transformation agenda in large existing accounts. - Provide delivery support and escalation management. - Interact with SAP and third-party partners. Performance Parameters to be measured include: 1. Job Knowledge: Consider existing skill levels and measure cross skills & upskills acquired to remain current on new developments in the respective SAP Technical module. 2. Customer Satisfaction: As defined by clients SLAs. 3. Managing change & Improvement: Measure effectiveness in initiating changes and adapting to changes from old methods. 4. Functional Leadership: Measure effectiveness in accomplishing work assignments through subordinates and delegating & coordinating effectively. 5. Customer Responsiveness: Measure responsiveness & courtesy in dealing with external customers, internal staff, teammates in a courteous manner.,
