Strong experience in SAP CRM Web UI development (BOL, GENIL, Component Workbench, UI configuration, Context Nodes, UI Personalization). Proficiency in ECC ABAP including Reports, BAPIs, User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework, and Data Dictionary. Hands-on with RICEF objects and performance optimization techniques. Experience in CRM-ECC integration and data replication concepts. Familiarity with workflow, actions, partner determination, and middleware (BDoc processing) in CRM. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across CRM & ECC systems. Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
