Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) technical areas to configure, customize, and integrate within the SAP CRM system. Your role will involve collaborating closely with functional consultants and business users to design, implement, and support technical solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: - Perform technical configuration and customization of SAP CRM modules such as SAP Interaction Center (IC), SAP Marketing, SAP Sales, SAP Service, and SAP CRM WebClient. - Configure workflows, business rules, and reports based on business requirements. - Develop custom enhancements and modifications to align with business needs. - Design and develop custom ABAP reports, function modules, user exits, BADIs, and enhancements specific to SAP CRM. - Optimize and troubleshoot ABAP code to ensure high performance and efficient system behavior. - Work on integration with other SAP systems and third-party applications using middleware. - Ensure smooth data transfer and synchronization between systems. - Provide technical support for SAP CRM applications, incident management, and problem resolution. - Assist with SAP CRM system upgrades, patches, and maintenance. - Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM-related developments, configurations, and integrations. - Collaborate with functional consultants, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to resolve complex integration or customization issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM, ABAP development, and system integration. - Solid understanding of SAP CRM modules and experience with SAP integration technologies. - Knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI development. - Strong troubleshooting skills and good knowledge of SAP CRM architecture. - Excellent communication skills.
