Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP CRM technical areas to configure, customize, and integrate within the SAP CRM system. Your role will involve collaborating closely with functional consultants and business users to design, implement, and support technical solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: - Technical configuration and customization of SAP CRM modules such as SAP Interaction Center (IC), SAP Marketing, SAP Sales, SAP Service, and SAP CRM WebClient. - Configuring workflows, business rules, and reports based on business requirements. - Developing custom enhancements and modifications to align with business needs. - Designing and developing custom ABAP reports, function modules, user exits, BADIs, and enhancements specific to SAP CRM. - Optimizing and troubleshooting ABAP code to ensure high performance and efficient system behavior. - Integrating SAP CRM with other SAP systems and third-party applications using middleware. - Ensuring smooth data transfer and synchronization between systems. - Providing technical support for SAP CRM applications, incident management, problem resolution, and regular system checks. - Assisting with SAP CRM system upgrades, patches, and maintenance. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation for CRM-related developments, configurations, and integrations. - Collaborating with functional consultants, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and resolve complex integration or customization issues. - Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP CRM features and technologies, proposing solutions for improving system performance, and suggesting enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM, ABAP development, and system integration. - Solid understanding of SAP CRM modules, experience with SAP integration technologies, and knowledge of SAP CRM WebUI development. - Strong troubleshooting skills, good knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, and excellent communication skills.
