SAP CRM Lead Functional Consultant

As a SAP CRM Lead Functional Consultant in the Hi-Tech industry based in Kolkata, your primary role will be to understand business requirements and configure solutions in SAP CRM, providing both standard and non-standard solutions. You will document blueprints and functional specifications, as well as guide the development team and test developments. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 3-4 years of SAP CRM implementation experience - Act as a CRM lead consultant, providing guidance to functional consultants and the development team for solution development - Conduct business blueprinting and prepare functional specifications - Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills - Have thorough SAP CRM configuration experience - Work with SAP CRM 7.0 Qualifications Required: - Hold 6-8 years of experience as a SAP CRM consultant, specializing in providing business solutions within SAP CRM - Have experience in CRM Sales, Marketing, Service Management, and Middleware - Worked in an ECC-CRM environment - Comfortable working in a Web Dynpro ABAP environment In this role, you will report to the Project Manager/Module Lead and lead a team of 10-15 members.
