Job Description

As a SAP CRM Lead Functional Consultant in the Hi-Tech industry based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - Understand business requirements and configuration in SAP CRM, providing standard and non-standard solutions to requirements. - Document blueprint and functional specifications. - Guide the development team and test developments. Key Responsibilities: - 3-4 SAP CRM implementation experience - Experience as CRM lead consultant; providing guidance to the functional consultants and development team for developing the solution - Ability to do business blueprinting for delivering the solution as well as preparation of functional specifications - Excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and leadership skills - Thorough SAP CRM configuration experience - Experience working in SAP CRM 7.0 Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years as a SAP CRM consultant, with experience in providing business solutions in SAP CRM - CRM Sales, Marketing, Service Management, and Middleware experience - Should have worked in ECC-CRM environment - Comfortable with working in Web Dynpro ABAP environment,
