Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, an industry leader in E-Learning/EdTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure SAP CRM solutions for clients.
Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other systems.
Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP CRM functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM implementation.
Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM consulting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in the E-Learning/EdTech industry is preferred.
