SAP CPI DS Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full lifecycle of data integration projects

  using SAP CPI-DS / CI-DS, from design and development to testing and deployment of complex data flows.

• Specialize in developing intricate CPI-DS tasks

  for seamless data exchange between

  SAP IBP

  and diverse systems, including

  SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Flat files, and various database systems.

• Design and implement robust web service-based integration tasks

  within CI-DS to efficiently

  extract data from IBP and upload it to SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications and solution designs

  for efficient Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.

• Expertly configure and administer CPI-DS / CI-DS agents and data stores

  , ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing CPI-DS / CI-DS jobs

  to guarantee peak performance and operational stability.

• Provide comprehensive ongoing support and maintenance

  for all deployed data integration solutions, ensuring continuity and effectiveness.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  , including functional consultants, business analysts, data architects, and other technical stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents

  , serving as critical blueprints for integration solutions.

• Contribute to team growth by conducting CI-DS trainings for junior resources

  and actively mentoring and guiding team members.

• Champion best practices

  for data integration, data quality, and data governance within the CPI-DS / CI-DS environment.

• Continuously stay updated

  with the latest features, capabilities, and strategic roadmap of SAP CPI-DS / CI-DS.

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the OData adapter in CI-DS

  , leveraging its capabilities for advanced integrations.

• Possess expertise in working with custom extractors within CI-DS

  , enabling tailored data extraction solutions.
