Job Description

Responsibility:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Implementation Executive to oversee and support the successful deployment, integration, and maintenance of SAP solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, ensure optimal system performance, and provide training to end-users.

SAP Implementation & Integration:

Lead the implementation of SAP modules in alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems and processes.

Process Optimization:

Identify areas of improvement in business workflows and recommend SAP solutions.
Customize SAP configurations to meet specific business needs.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

Conduct system testing and resolve issues during the implementation phases.
Debug and troubleshoot SAP-related problems to ensure smooth operations.

Training & Support:

Provide hands-on training and support to end-users for effective utilization of SAP tools.
Develop user manuals, documentation, and training materials as required.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to understand and address SAP-related challenges.
Coordinate with external SAP consultants and vendors for advanced troubleshooting and upgrades.

System Maintenance & Upgrades:

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for better efficiency.
Ensure timely updates and patches to the SAP environment in compliance with organizational standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP implementation and support
Hands-on experience with SAP modules (MM, WM, or equivalent).
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
Certification in SAP MM or WM module.
