Experience:5-15yrs Work Location :Bangalore Job Description: Lead and participate in S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations , as well as support and enhancement projects. Conduct business workshops to gather requirements, understand business processes, and map them into SAP CO solutions. Design and configure Material Ledger to support actual costing and inventory valuation. Implement and support Product Costing including cost planning, cost object controlling, and month-end closing activities. Configure and support COPA (Profitability Analysis) both Account-Based and Costing-Based. Provide solution demonstrations to business stakeholders and support user training and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP CO modules and provide ongoing support. 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP CO. Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA (at least one end-to-end implementation preferred). Expertise in Material Ledger configuration and actual costing . Deep understanding of Product Costing (Standard/Actual Costing, Cost Estimates, WIP, Variance Analysis). Proficiency in COPA (both Account-Based and Costing-Based). Experience in conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, and working with technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
