Job Title: SAP Trainer & Support – Textile Industry

Department: IT / ERP Implementation
Location: NZ Seasonal Wear Pvt LTD

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Trainer & Support professional to train users, provide day-to-day SAP support, and ensure smooth functioning of SAP modules across departments in the textile manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct SAP training for end users across departments (Fabric, Production, Stores, Sales, Finance).
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and conduct refresher sessions.
• Provide first-level support for SAP MM, PP, SD, and FI modules.
• Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with consultants for resolution.
• Monitor SAP transactions and ensure data accuracy.
• Suggest process improvements for better system utilization.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM / PP / SD / FI).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with textile manufacturing and production flow.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, or Textile Management.
• 2–5 years’ experience in SAP training or support in textile or garment industry.
• SAP certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
