Job Description

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Experience: Minimum of 6+ years. As a Technical Lead, you will: Collaborate with other implementation partners, customers, and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements. Focus primarily on functional enhancements and strategic project implementations while also providing production support. Work closely with practice leadership to develop the Consumer Experience practice. Required Skills: Development of technical design, solutions, and configuration in SAP Commerce for global projects. Lead and facilitate design sessions among business, IS stakeholders/leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Commerce. Detailed understanding of SAP Commerce architecture. Understanding of integration with SAP ECC. Ability to translate business requirements and architect sustainable solutions. Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements and share learnings. Experience managing cross-functional support with other functional analysts and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment. Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation. Bachelor's degree required. The degree must be from an accredited institution. A plus would be knowledge of SAP SD
