SAP Commerce Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst - SAP Commerce, you will be a core member of the eCommerce Team in Bangalore/Hyderabad. You will collaborate with the existing implementation partner, customer, and development team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your primary focus will be on functional enhancements, strategic project implementations, and providing production support. Additionally, you will work closely with practice leadership to develop the Consumer Experience practice. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with implementation partners, customers, and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions that meet business requirements. - Focus on functional enhancements and strategic project implementations, while also providing production support. - Lead and facilitate design sessions with business stakeholders, IS leaders, and subject matter experts to drive integration and eliminate gaps. - Utilize your detailed understanding of SAP Commerce architecture to develop technical designs, solutions, and configurations for global projects. - Bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Commerce. - Ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC and translate business requirements into sustainable solutions. - Stay updated on current trends and technical advancements, sharing your learnings with the team. - Manage cross-functional support with other functional analysts and technical teams, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understand incident, problem, and change management processes and work collaboratively in a distributed team environment. - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role. - Strong understanding of SAP Commerce architecture and integration with SAP ECC. - Ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions. - Proven experience in managing cross-functional support and full life cycle implementations. - Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.,
