SAP CO Senior Consultant

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant at Level L4, you will be responsible for leading greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. Your expertise in SAP CO will be crucial in designing and configuring the module to meet specific business requirements and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in overseeing system integration, testing, validation, and data migration activities to ensure successful project execution and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide project updates. - Facilitate workshops to engage clients, understand their operational challenges, and deliver tailored solutions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide expert advice on SAP CO best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry-specific standards in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. - Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). - Conduct system assessments and audits, offering recommendations for process improvements and compliance. - Develop and manage project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Provide training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders and create comprehensive documentation to support project activities. Qualifications Required: - Experience as an SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant at Level L4. - Proficiency in designing and configuring SAP CO modules to meet business requirements and regulatory standards. - Strong understanding of system integration, testing, validation, and data migration activities. - Excellent client interaction skills, including conducting meetings, facilitating workshops, and building client relationships. - Expertise in providing advice on SAP CO best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry-specific standards. - Knowledge of industry regulations such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and experience in ensuring compliance. - Project management experience, including developing project plans, coordinating teams, and monitoring milestones. - Ability to provide training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support project activities.
