SAP Callidus Cloud Consultant

We are looking forward to work with strong SAP Callidus Workflow Specialist with in-depth knowledge of SAP Callidus Cloud, particularly its workflow capabilities, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing workflows that support sales performance, incentive compensation, and related business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Callidus modules, integration with other systems, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives.

Note: Considering 15 days or less as NP.

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO).

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Design and Implementation:
• Analyze business requirements and design custom workflows within SAP Callidus to streamline processes such as approvals, dispute resolution, and plan distribution.
• Configure and manage workflows for sales performance management, incentive compensation, and credit assignments.

System Integration:

• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Callidus workflows with other systems, including ERP, or custom application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data flow consistency.

Workflow Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate existing workflows for efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Implement automation and best practices to enhance workflow performance and reduce manual intervention.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, including sales, finance, and operations teams, to gather requirements and align workflows with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on workflow processes and best practices.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor workflow performance and ensure timely execution of business processes.
• Perform regular system audits and address any issues related to workflows promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Create detailed documentation for workflow configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Generate reports on workflow performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with SAP Callidus Cloud modules (e.g., Sales Commissions, Sales Territory , Workflow).
• Hands-on experience in configuring and managing workflows in SAP Callidus.
• Knowledge of integration tools and processes between SAP Callidus and other ERP systems (e.g., Sales Commission ERP and Sales Territory).

Business Process Knowledge:

• Understanding of sales performance management, incentive compensation, and credit assignment processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflow designs.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Strong analytical skills to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and process-related workflow issues.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users.
• Additional Skills (Preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Educational Background

• SAP Callidus certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Callidus Cloud, including workflow configuration and integration.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing workflows in a business environment
