As a Functional Application resource at PwC, your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and support SAP-based ERP solutions. You will lead the analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO, ICMR area in collaboration with the engagements/clients finance team. Your role will involve connecting with teams, conducting structured testing with users, and automating solutions to ensure the stabilization of the solution and consistent delivery of quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple workstreams to develop cost-effective solutions that meet user requirements. Your ability to progress quickly in a dynamic and complex environment, as well as your willingness to travel, will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, build, and support SAP-based ERP solutions - Lead analysis and design in SAP FI/CO, ICMR area - Conduct structured testing with users and automate solutions - Collaborate with multiple workstreams to develop cost-effective solutions - Ensure stabilization of the solution and deliver quality consistently - Connect with teams and collaborate effectively - Develop solutions that meet user requirements - Progress quickly in a dynamic and complex environment - Willingness to travel as required **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive SAP S4HANA Central Finance Management expertise with solution design experience, preferably with an accounts and finance background - Leadership experience in leading a team of Finance specialists and facilitating implementation and support teams - Knowledge of modules like FI-GL (New GL Migration), DMLT, FI-AR, FI-AP, Asset Accounting, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PC, Margin Analysis, AIF Replication, and ICMR - Hands-on experience in Finance & Controlling and accounts - Knowledge of integrating with other modules like MM/SD/PS/PP/PM/IM - Understanding of CFIN and real-time transactional level matching - Hands-on experience in SAP S4HANA Finance and ability to do development and customizations - Experience in SAP S/4HANA Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR) tool - Understanding of key functional aspects of Intercompany Reconciliation processes in SAP - Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP S/4 Group Reporting is a plus - Hands-on knowledge in SAP S4HANA Finance & other integration work streams, CO, ICMR & CFIN - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks - Experience in onsite, offshore delivery models and understanding system landscape environments - Familiarity with Implementation/Support/Rollout/Training Delivery models - Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile models of software development approaches - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ownership, commitment, and flexibility in timings - Expertise in JIRA and Agile Delivery model In addition, you must be flexible to travel and ready to support CST/EST time zones as per the engagement.,
