The role of Lead SAP FICO at Percipere requires an experienced individual with 8-12 years of experience to collaborate with internal business teams and Partners in order to support the implementation and stabilization of SAP HANA. As a key point of contact for SAP FICO queries, the individual will provide support to users, work closely with leadership, and facilitate end-to-end implementation of S/4 HANA Cloud/On Prem including migration work. The ideal candidate should hold SAP S/4 HANA Certification and have a proven track record of 4-5 end-to-end implementations. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in handling support projects and leading workshops with customers to demonstrate module functionality and best practices. Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design SAP solutions is essential, along with the ability to create functional specification documentation in coordination with Solution Architects. Job description: Key Responsibilities : Engine Manuals & Repair Process Application : Review and apply engine manuals, cleaning and inspection chapters, and overhaul procedures to ensure proper repair processes are followed. Interpret and implement special process manuals to support engine/component repair and overhaul activities. Component Repair Knowledge : Utilize in-depth knowledge of component repair processes such as heat treatment, thermal spray, glass bead & shot peening, arc welding, wide gap brazing, and machining. Perform and supervise complex repairs and ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations. Demonstrate expertise in evaluating components for reusability, determining necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with required tolerances and specifications. Manufacturing and Inspection Tools : Knowledgeable in the use of various manufacturing and inspection tools and processes used in the repair industry. Oversee processes like heat treatment, arc welding, and thermal spraying, ensuring all operations are conducted according to approved procedures and specifications. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) : Apply GD&T principles in component inspection, analysis, and repair to ensure all components meet the required specifications. Collaborate with the design and inspection teams to validate tolerances and recommend repairs based on GD&T standards. Tool/Fixture Design and Applications : Design, evaluate, and implement the proper tools and fixtures to facilitate repairs. Ensure fixtures are appropriately designed for the reconditioning of components to meet quality standards. Process Improvement & Compliance : Work with process teams to identify and implement improvements in repair procedures, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all repair processes comply with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration & Reporting : Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality teams to ensure repair activities align with operational requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of repair processes, inspection records, and compliance reports. Required Qualifications : Education : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Certifications in manufacturing/repair processes (e.g., welding, heat treatment) are a plus. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in component repair or related field, ideally in the aerospace or automotive industry.
