Senior Principal Consultant, SAP BW Project Manager

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams including SAP BW/4HANA consultants, developers, and business analysts.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project milestones.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.

Quality Assurance

• Oversee solution design, development, and testing phases.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards.

Budget & Risk Management

• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications/Skills we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred; SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA certification is a plus.

Experience:

• Experience in SAP projects and in BW/4HANA.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or migrations.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA architecture and data modelling concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud and integration with BW/4HANA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with BW/4HANA.
• Ability to manage projects in cloud or hybrid environments.
