Key eligibility Conditions

Candidate must be
born and raised in Mumbai
or
settled in Mumbai with family
(strict condition).
Must be from a
Manufacturing or Product-based company
background.
Should have
core SAP BW development experience
(not support).
Must have
Team Lead
experience.
Work composition:
70% SAP BW
and
30% Analytics
.

Technical Skills Required

SAP BW HANA / SAP Datasphere / S/4HANA / CDS Views
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
for dashboards & visualization
Strong in
Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Modelling
, and
SQL scripting
End-to-end SAP BW Implementation
experience
BW Reporting:
Query Designer, BEx, Universe Creation
Web Intelligence / BI Tools:
CMC, WEBI, Design Studio, Dashboard Designer, IDT, Analysis for OLAP
Performance tuning
, regression/sanity/unit testing, FUT knowledge
Server Maintenance, User Management, Folder Security, Report Migration
Exposure to
Azure / AWS
cloud environments preferred
Optional exposure to
R / JavaScript
for analytics automation

Soft Skills

Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Strong stakeholder management
Independent contributor with team mentorship experience
Agile project environment experience

Education

Graduate (preferably Engineering)
SAP Certification preferred but not mandatory

Languages

English and Hindi

Preferred Industry Background
