Job Description

Plan and implement SAP Solution Manager scenarios such as change request management, solution documentation, IT Service Management and Test Suite as part of an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Design the IT processes for the different scenarios, and configure the Solution Manager system accordingly.
Operate and monitor system transports based on the defined Charm procedures.
Plan SAP Solution Manager system upgrades, implement service packs and bugfix notes, and execute required testing
Plan the transition to SAP Cloud ALM
Train the project teams in using SAP Solution Manager scenarios, and provide adequate training materials
Support requirements management for SAP S/4HANA implementation project together with the functional and technical SAP teams
Track, and implement appropriate quality measures and take ownership for reports back to project management

What Youll Bring

Degree in an IT-related discipline, e.g. Information Technology, Informatics, Business, and or equivalent.
5-8 years
of relevant experience with
SAP Solution Manager 7.2,
and some if not all mentioned scenarios;
ChaRM
is a must.
Solid understanding of SAP system architectures and application lifecycle management.
Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA functional modules, SAP Test Automation, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Excellent Communication
Ability to identify pain points / weaknesses and to propose amendments to existing application processes.
