Experience -3-7 Years

Location - Pune

Qualification - B.E / B.Tech.

Skills :- SAP Success factor, SAP HCM, BTP, CPI

Actively participate as a hands-on project member in the implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of solutions for HR (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the BTP/CPI framework.
Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions such as SuccessFactors Extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring they align with business requirements and technological best practices.
Design and implement seamless integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and develop efficient iFlows.
