Software Development Engineer

Project Role Description:

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
  • Provide solutions to work-related problems and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform maintenance and enhancements on existing applications to meet evolving client needs.
  • Deliver high-quality code and contribute to the overall success of projects.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SAP BTP Extension Suite (minimum 3 years of experience required).
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
