Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 support for SAP Basis, addressing escalated incidents, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations (OS/DB/S4HANA), and patching.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.).
Administer SAP HANA database, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to resolve system issues.
Maintain transport management and perform system refresh, client copy, and landscape synchronization.
Ensure adherence to change management and security compliance standards.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to L2/L1 teams.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience in SAP Basis administration (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager).
Expertise in SAP HANA, Linux/Unix, and Windows environments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP Cloud Connector preferred.
Familiar with SAP security, performance tuning, and high-availability setups.
Experience in DB2/Oracle/HANA database administration.
