Job Title:-SAP ABAP + HANA ConsultantJob Location:- BengaluruJob Type:- Full TimeJD:-Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP ABAP on HANA Consultant with 7+ years of experience in developing and optimizing custom solutions in SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong core ABAP expertise, combined with hands-on experience in leveraging SAP HANA capabilities (CDS Views, AMDP, performance tuning) to build high-performance applications in S/4HANA or Suite on HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize custom applications using SAP ABAP on HANA best practices .

Develop Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP methods, and other HANA-native objects for performance-critical applications.

Enhance and maintain existing SAP applications across various modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).

Work on OData services and integrate backend logic with SAP Fiori applications.

Perform code optimization and performance tuning leveraging HANA capabilities.

Participate in technical design discussions, create technical specifications, and ensure quality delivery.

Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and other developers in an Agile or Waterfall project environment.

Support unit testing, integration testing, and assist with defect resolution.

Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development , including:

Reports (Classical/Interactive/ALV)

Interfaces (BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs)

Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Points)

SmartForms / Adobe Forms

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA , including:

Core Data Services (CDS)

ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP)

Performance tuning and code pushdown techniques

Experience in OData service development and integration with SAP Fiori/UI5.

Good understanding of data dictionary objects, modularization, and exception handling.

Experience working on S/4HANA projects (implementation, migration, or support).

Familiarity with Git, transport management, and version control tools.
