As an SAP ABAP CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing SAP CRM solutions, customizations, and reports using the ABAP programming language
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the SAP CRM system effectively supports customer relationship management processes
Key Responsibilities:SAP CRM Customization:Customization: Develop and customize SAP CRM applications using ABAP programming language to meet business requirements
Enhancements: Implement enhancements, workflows, and forms to support CRM processes
Data Integration and Interfaces:Data Interfaces: Create data interfaces and integrations between SAP CRM and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Web Services: Develop and consume web services for data exchange with external systems
Reporting and Analytics:Reports: Design and develop CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics
Performance Optimization:Optimization: Optimize CRM application performance, including speed, responsiveness, and resource utilization
Security and Compliance:Security: Implement security measures, including authentication and authorization, to protect CRM data and systems
Compliance: Ensure that SAP CRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
Documentation:Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP ABAP CRM code, customizations, and technical specifications
User Training and Support:User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP CRM applications
Integration and Testing:Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP CRM and other systems
Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate CRM customizations and interfaces
