SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF).
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand requirements.
• Develop custom reports using ALV, SAP Scripts, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.
• Create and maintain BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Frameworks.
• Build and consume OData services for integration with SAP Fiori or other front-end platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing custom developments.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of core ABAP: Reports, Dialog Programming, Interfaces, Data Dictionary, Module Pool.
• Experience with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Familiarity with BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Points.
• Exposure to ALE/IDOC, RFCs, and Web Services is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SAP functional modules like MM, SD, FI, or HCM.
