SAP ABAP - Data Migration Primary Skill SAP Migration Data Validation Experience 4+ yrs Overview The role focuses on SAP Migration and Data Validation with 4+ years of hands-on experience. The candidate will work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and validation processes. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong client-facing abilities and team leadership skills.

Technical Skill Set Core Expertise: - SAP ABAP development, support, and migration, including ABAP/4 programming and SAP HANA. - Extensive experience in working with interfaces such as IDOCs, ALE, Proxies, EDI & RFC. - Proficient in BAPI, BADI, OOPs concepts, and SAP Enhancement Frameworks. - Strong in LSMW, handling data source structures (Expertise in combining structures to handle data transformation rules). - Knowledge of SAP tables and data fields. - Familiarity with functional modules like OC, SD, MM, AA, and FICO. - Experience in creating and configuring Web Services and functional testing on SOAP. - Understanding of large enterprise ERP implementations, including technical design specification and tuning.

Must-Have Skills –

Must be expertise in development, support and Migration in SAP R/3. - Proven experience in migration and validation of SAP data. - Proficient in using IDOCs, ALE, Proxies, EDI, and RFC for interface handling. - Strong understanding of BAPI, BADI, OOPs programming, and enhancement frameworks. - Skilled in LSMW and data source structure handling. - Comprehensive business understanding to suggest SAP solutions for various scenarios. - Ability to resolve complex technical issues and manage critical situations independently. - Experience with functional modules like OC, SD, MM, AA, and FICO. Good-to-Have Skills - Demonstrated ability in creating technical design specifications. - Familiarity with SAP/IT affinity and data tables. - Analytical thinking and ability to work independently. - Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities - Validate data in collaboration with onsite CoCs. - Develop and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements. - Provide technical design specifications in compliance with functional teams and IT management. - Communicate effectively with colleagues based in Germany (working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM). Additional Requirements - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently.
