Sampling Merchandiser

As a Sampling Merchandiser at Aramya, you will play a crucial role in turning design ideas into reality. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the smooth merchandising process, from work order release to final delivery of finished goods. Key Responsibilities: - Own the entire merchandising process, ensuring timely delivery of goods. - Collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and suppliers to maintain streamlined timelines. - Proactively monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and address any bottlenecks promptly. - Enhance system efficiency by managing internal tools and tracking processes effectively. - Work in tandem with the production manager and QA team to maintain operational excellence and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Conduct cost analysis for styles and prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) for both samples and production. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sampling merchandising, preferably in ethnic wear or garments. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and ensure alignment across teams. - Keen eye for detail with a problem-solving approach. - Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills to collaborate successfully within the organization.,
