Job Description – Saloon Manager
Position: Saloon Manager
Location: Dugri, Ludhiana
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5–10 Years (must be from Saloon Industry)
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the saloon.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional standards in the saloon.
Drive business growth through promotions, client retention, and service quality.
Requirements
Graduate with 5–10 years of proven experience in saloon management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
Knowledge of latest beauty, grooming, and wellness trends.
