Salon Manager & Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Salon Manager cum Cashier to oversee daily salon operations, manage staff, handle financial transactions, and ensure an excellent client experience. This dual role combines managerial responsibilities with cashier duties, requiring strong multitasking and communication skills.

Salon Management:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Oversee staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and salon standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain stock levels for beauty products, order supplies, and monitor inventory.
• Ensure timely maintenance of salon equipment and facilities.

Cashier & Front Desk Duties:

• Greet clients, manage appointment bookings, and maintain client records.
• Handle billing, process payments (cash, cards, UPI), and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily cash register reports and financial records.
• Reconcile cash and deposit funds at the end of each day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
