Salon Coordinator

Location: Toni & Guy Essensuals, Trivandrum
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Salon Coordinator to join our Toni & Guy Essensuals team in Trivandrum. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service flow and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients professionally, creating a premium salon experience.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, and stylist schedules using the booking system.
• Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and staff for smooth daily operations.
• Handle client enquiries regarding services, stylists, and products.
• Perform billing, invoicing, and daily cash settlement.
• Maintain the reception area and uphold salon ambience standards.
• Promote services, memberships, and retail products to clients.
• Collect and record client feedback; assist in resolving issues.
• Support inventory and stock management tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in salons, spas, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems.
• Ability to handle peak-hour rush professionally.
• Must be able to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
