We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell Thermal Instruments in the assigned region. This role involves identifying prospective clients, managing key customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing product-related guidance and support across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and research institutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Implen Life Science Products. Identify and develop business opportunities within key sectors like biotechnology, academic research, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical industries. Implement and manage tailored sales strategies to meet customer requirements and drive business growth. 2. Lead Generation & Customer Interaction: Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and participation in industry events. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life science solutions. Conduct product presentations and follow-ups to ensure successful sales closures. 3. Market Coverage: Conduct regular visits to customer locations to strengthen market presence and visibility. Expand the customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the region. 4.4. Product Knowledge & Support: Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of Implen products, including their features, applications, and benefits. Effectively communicate product solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams to provide product demonstrations, training, and after- sales support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline through CRM tools. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Science or Engineering (preferred fields: Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biotechnology). Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in life science products, laboratory equipment, or analytical solutions. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical information effectively. Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing abilities. Basic technical understanding of life science or laboratory products. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for customer visits, business development, and networking.
