Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Rishikesh. The Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing and maintaining relationships with retailers, promoting ITC products, ensuring timely delivery, achieving sales targets, and performing regular market analysis. The role involves direct interaction with retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and manage stock levels for optimal availability of products.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in supply chain management and timely delivery processes
• Ability to perform market analysis and achieve sales targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
