Salesperson

As a Salesperson at Universal MEPSL Ltd., a TATA group concern in the Textile Machinery division, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the south Indian Textile processing Market. This full-time on-site role, based in Tiruppur, entails generating leads, engaging in cold calling activities, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. To excel in this role, we expect you to possess a strong set of skills, including sales acumen, negotiation expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in sales or customer service positions, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the products we offer, will be advantageous. Furthermore, we are seeking individuals with robust problem-solving skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and a qualification such as a Diploma or Degree in Textile or relevant field experience in processing industries.
