Post: Salesman Location: [ KIMTI ], Saharsa Reporting To: Store Manager. काम का विवरण (Job Role): Customers को अच्छे से greet करना और उनकी जरूरत के हिसाब से product दिखाना। Product का feature और benefit समझाना। Daily / Monthly sales target पूरा करना। Billing और cash handling सही तरीके से करना। Store की साफ-सफाई और product display maintain करना। Stock की कमी होने पर manager को बताना। Customer की problem सुनकर solution देना और unko संतुष्ट करना। Offer / discount के बारे में customers को बताना। ज़रूरी योग्यता (Requirements): Minimum 10th/12th पास (Graduate हो तो extra benefit)। Retail sales का experience हो तो अच्छा है। Communication skill अच्छा होना चाहिए। मेहनती, ईमानदार और smart काम करने वाला। Basic billing knowledge (POS machine चलाना आता हो तो plus point)। Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹[आपकी range डालें] प्रति महीना। Extra incentive/commission sales performance पर। Staff discount और growth का मौका।
