Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kozhikode. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, demonstrating features and benefits of our living spaces, and closing sales. The role also involves follow-up communications, handling client inquiries, and maintaining relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven sales experience, customer service, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required
• Understanding of the real estate industry and local market is a plus
