Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Nagpur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include making sales calls, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and visiting client sites. The Salesperson will also track sales activities, prepare reports, and collaborate with the engineering team to meet client needs. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales and customer service Ability to negotiate and close sales deals Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field Ability to work independently and meet targets Experience in the engineering or construction industry is advantageous
