Role Overview

Salesperson

on-ground sales

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients, dealers, and distributors to promote and sell FRP products
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable product solutions
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up
• Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and reporting regularly
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and field activities

Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate in any field (Commerce or Marketing preferred)
• 2–7 years of experience in

  field sales

  , preferably in building materials, infrastructure, or construction products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally
