Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Gurugram. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client management, and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficiency in creating and delivering sales presentations
• Knowledge of mechanical or industrial engineering is a plus
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
