Job Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Fabmark family. Your role will be to provide exceptional in-store experiences, build customer relationships, and drive sales while reflecting Fabmark’s premium identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in finding the right products—clothing, accessories, and custom orders.
• Explain product features, fabrics, fits, and fashion pairings confidently.
• Process purchases and returns efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing store layout.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with a customer-first attitude.
• Upsell and cross-sell Fabmark products wherever appropriate.
• Stay updated with new arrivals, fashion trends, and seasonal promotions.
• Take measurements (if trained) and coordinate custom orders with tailors.
• Represent Fabmark’s brand values at all times.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous retail or fashion sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Good fashion sense and interest in men's style.
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (training will be provided).
• Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Higher education is a plus.
