Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their design needs, and offering customized solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting interior design proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer relationship management and client interaction
• Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and closing deals
• Understanding of interior design concepts and the ability to articulate design solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and clients efficiently
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools for presentations and quotations is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or interior design is an advantage
