The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, maintaining stock displays, and assisting with store operations as needed. Building product knowledge and promoting brand loyalty are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Proficiency in merchandising and stock organization Knowledge of adidas products and passion for footwear and sportswear is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
