Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Rajkot. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Salesperson will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales and customer relationship management experience
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Knowledge of steel products, specifically galvanized round and square pipes
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
