Salesperson

As a Salesperson at Aavas Financiers Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in Cuttack, understand their housing finance requirements, and offer suitable loan solutions. You will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and documentation will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must possess strong sales and customer service abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and a knack for explaining financial products clearly. Prior experience in the housing finance sector would be advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
