Brief about the role: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Frontliners to drive sales, engage with customers, and promote our Glass Fittings product directly. The ideal candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer experiences while achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: • Achieve and exceed sales targets through channel sales within the designated area. • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. • Support the sales team in achieving individual sales targets. • Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of sales Education & Skillset Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • 4+ years of proven experience in sales. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
