The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in creative direction or senior design roles within luxury fashion or accessories brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in collection development, storytelling, and campaign ideation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
