Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Navi Mumbai. The Salesperson will actively engage with potential clients to understand their insurance and financial needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to assess client needs
  • Basic understanding of financial products such as insurance plans and investment strategies
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
